In every maze I make, whatever corner, nook, or cranny you find yourself in, a winning path will be at your disposal. I never include just a single
trail, the way Daedalus did when he designed the first labyrinth.

I also make mazes in other mediums. I've created full-sized walk-through hedge mazes called living sculptures. They're generally simpler in design
than two-dimensional mazes because when someone actually walks through a maze, the perspective changes. There is no visual overview to show escapes or where the goal lies; all you know is where you
are and where you've been.
I also make three-dimensional maze sculptures on large wood turned bowls. Carved in relief, with tunnels, bridges, and other wonderful features, they run around the bowls'
centerpiece. I think these are the most aesthetically beautical mazes, and they're workable, too.
Whatever form I'm working in, I want to bring you into my world, to make you an integral part of my work. It just isn't complete without you. And
remember--if you get through these mazes, then you're better than I am. Because I don't solve mazes, I just create them!
